With predictive maintenance as its primary benefit, Shape's solutions currently support around 30% of national oil and gas production on FPSO vessels, preventing over 15% of production downtime, while also enhancing safety and reducing operational costs. "At Shape, we constantly strive to work with the latest technologies, offering our team the chance to participate in the development of pioneering solutions," explains Juliane Bispo, head of recruitment.
Last year, the company launched Shape Aura, a digital platform for energy optimization and GHG emission reduction, which is already implemented in the FPSO Cidade de Caraguatatuba production unit, operating in the Lapa field, Santos Basin, in Brazil's Pre-salt region. The company also aims to develop new solutions, seeking proactive professionals motivated to grow with the company: "At Shape, we value those who wish to build a solid and rewarding career with us. We look for professionals who embrace challenges with enthusiasm and are always seeking opportunities to innovate. The spirit of collective growth is fundamental, as we believe in mutual development: the company's growth is intrinsically linked to the professional development of each individual," concludes Juliane Bispo.
